Container gardening and vertical gardening: lettuce, sweet grass, beet tops and spinach
Pole beans in plastic flower pots/ container gardening, like fences, make good neighbors. Putting the
planters here solved the problem of interlopers from the neighborhood using it as a shortcut to another
neighbor's house while curbing their dogs. No more shortcut and no more presents left by the dogs.
Herbs: basil, rosemary, thyme. Also, collards and bush beans / sweet potato vine and some other perennial
on the front porch.
