What Rich People Know/What Rich People Do

Rich People Know...
(updated weekly, so keep coming back)

"A fool and his money will soon...part "~Ben Franklin

Rich people have read this book!

 Rich people know...

  • How to save
  • the wealthy even save up for graveyard plots and funeral
  • don't touch original wealth...hence old money gets passed from generation to generation
  • how to buy a house what they do
  • how they buy a car w/o spending their hard earned money
  • What rich folks have told me and have shown me over the years
  • never pay a penny of interest on credit card...thanks Dad for that one.
  • The economy doesn't scare the rich it just ticks them off cuz...
  • to each his own

I did take micro and macro economics in college but I am no expert. So no, I can't show you how to be Warren Buffet or Bill Gates rich.  But I might be able to convince you about how to be the millionaire next door, not rich, but well off.

    • What I'm trying to be though, is an expert observer.
    • I am not a financial analyst, could be, I suppose, but i'm just not feelin it.
    • I am a reader and an observer.
    • I am not rich, nor do I aspire to be...but my children will be.
    • Go figure...

  • Yeah I made a million dollars twice; first time, so passively I didn't even notice it, spent it that way too, so that I didn't even notice it.  The second time I was a paper millionaire (million dollars in cash and assets) with a plot and a plan and a purpose. Spent that too.  As an acquaintance and I joked, but we still know how to make it back, so it ain't a big deal.  But I am older now, getting (choke) older.  They say the 3rd time is the charm.

This time around I'm gonna implement what the rich folks whom I have had the fortune to speak with, work for and know, what they have taught me over the years.

Rich People know how to make this and keep it!

Rich folks ain't got nuttin' on poor folks when it comes to food.
